REFUND POLICY 

ALL sales are final. No refund or exchanges. Any issues or concerns regarding your purchase, please contact us  via e-mail at: customerservice@inevitablehaircare.com

INVALID ADDRESS 

If the order is placed utilizing a incorrect address, please email us to update the shipping address immediately at customerservice@inevitablehaircare.com. After the order has shipped, customer must contact the shipping carrier to update the address. If the order is returned to us, the sender Inevitable Haircare, we will issue a refund without the shipping fee.  Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

SHIPPING POLICY 

ALL orders ship within 3-14 business days.  Tracking numbers will be emailed immediately once shipping label generates. Customer will also receive an email receipt of purchase immediately once order is submitted for purchase. Please make sure your email address is correct. Also, be aware that emails may go to your spam/junk mail folder, therefore check these locations if you do not receive order confirmation, shipping confirmation, etc. Please be advised, shipping may be longer during holidays and big sale days. (An additional 3-5 days) Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.  Currently, we are only shipping with the US.
